For our 4-week Livestream Guitar Class programs

1) Carefully read the information on our Livestream class webpage. Check the class level, times, date and teaching format suit you.

2) Please carefully read (and agree to) these Terms and Conditions before buying .

Cancellation policy: in the unlikely event we cannot run your class and have to cancel it, we will offer a refund. We do not offer refunds for any other reasons.

Complaints and Feedback: please do not hesitate to reach out to us by email or phone. We aim to provide the best experience we can for all of our students. Your feedback helps us achieve this. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

Minimum age

You must be 18 years or over to buy our Adult Livestream classes.

You must be 18 years or over to take part in our Adult Livestream classes.

Livestream Classes

Your Livestream classes will be given to you the way it has been described on our website.

You will be enrolled in classes once you have paid in full for your classes and accepted our Terms and Conditions.

You will receive email reminders the day before your class each week.

If you cannot attend your class you will forfeit it, there is no rescheduling.

If the teacher is sick we will try to find a substitute teacher. If one is unavailable, we will contact you. We will offer you an alternative class date and time which if unsuitable to you, we will refund the class.

Privacy

You do not have permission to video or audio record any part of your Livestream class. This is to respect and protect the privacy of every other students taking part.

You must be able to link to the Livestream class using BOTH audio and video so your teacher can see and hear you. You will not be permitted to take part in the class unless you enable both audio and video features.

Fair Use

The materials and resources that you receive from us are intended for the private and personal use of the student enrolled in the classes. We ask that you respect this.
