Cancellation policy: in the unlikely event we cannot run your class and have to cancel it, we will offer a refund. We do not offer refunds for any other reasons.

You must be 18 years or over to buy our Adult Livestream classes.
You must be 18 years or over to take part in our Adult Livestream classes.
Your Livestream classes will be given to you the way it has been described on our website.
You will be enrolled in classes once you have paid in full for your classes and accepted our Terms and Conditions.
You will receive email reminders the day before your class each week.
If you cannot attend your class you will forfeit it, there is no rescheduling.
If the teacher is sick we will try to find a substitute teacher. If one is unavailable, we will contact you. We will offer you an alternative class date and time which if unsuitable to you, we will refund the class.
You do not have permission to video or audio record any part of your Livestream class. This is to respect and protect the privacy of every other students taking part.
You must be able to link to the Livestream class using BOTH audio and video so your teacher can see and hear you. You will not be permitted to take part in the class unless you enable both audio and video features.
The materials and resources that you receive from us are intended for the private and personal use of the student enrolled in the classes. We ask that you respect this.
